Privacy Policy

At JS Podiatry, your privacy is confidential and maintained with utmost care.

Our privacy statement provides information about the personal information JS Podiatry collects and how we use this data. 

Our clinic doesn't retain personal or communication information about you unless you have chosen to receive services at JS Podiatry. All information is collected and maintained with great diligence, using secure servers and complying with all current State and Federal privacy legislation.

For care at our clinic, we will ask you to volunteer personal details so that we can identify your specific needs, allocate appropriate appointments and communicate effectively with you regarding your care. We may also correspond with you via telephone, email, SMS or mail.

A proportion of our patients come via referral from medical or health practitioners. As such, it is standard practice to correspond with your medical practitioner where appropriate, which is only done with your express permission and only between accredited professionals. These professionals require a minimum set of information to identify individual patients accurately, particularly patient name, date of birth and address. Reports to a Third Party, such as an insurer or lawyer, are only provided upon receipt of a Release of Information Document signed by you. 

All staff members adhere to a strict confidentiality protocol that extends beyond their time at JS Podiatry.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate your understanding that ours is valuable, too.

It is a requirement that patients provide notice before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.

We understand that urgent issues arise at times, but letting us know early allows us to offer our services to patients on our waiting list or those needing urgent care.

Missed appointments or cancellations without a minimum of 24 hours notice will incur the full cost of the scheduled appointment. Provided more than 24 hours' notice is given, or the cancellation is due to unexpected illness or compassionate reasons, there will be no cancellation fee.
